What's left behind the scenes

  • During the filming of the scene where Ko Chun gets out of the car and goes to the casino to play with Chao Si-Chi, thousands of local residents surrounded the filming location to express their love for actor Chow Yun-Fat. The crowd was so large that it blocked traffic on the road.
  • The comedic scenes of playing blackjack with Siu Fong-Fong in the hotel and roulette with a Taiwanese dealer in the port were made with the intention of warning viewers not to go to illegal gambling dens, which were thriving in China and Taiwan at the time, as it was easy to be cheated there.
