A group of travelers arrives in a small town seeking help after their vehicle breaks down. They soon discover that the residents are unwilling to let them leave. The locals assist a scientist who is conducting experiments to achieve immortality by creating a drug from human pituitary glands, which requires the abduction of visitors.
