Short description
When her mother dies, her attractive young daughter hungry for love moves into the dead woman's house as a quest to seduce its tenants in her desperate search for love.

What's left behind the scenes

  • The final role of Sally Stephens.
  • Screenwriter and producer Michael Klinger was looking for a teenage girl for the role of Lucy and eventually settled on Linda Hayden. According to him, "she had to be 15 years old and look completely innocent, but beneath that shell, there had to be a dormant woman that any man would notice upon looking at her."
  • The film revived the career of Diana Dors, who played Liz, Lucy's mother. Many years later, Linda Hayden, who played Lucy, recalled that before Dors was cast, she was "yesterday's news" and "nothing was heard of her at all," but after the film hit the screens, everything changed, and Dors suddenly "was everywhere."
