7 Days in Hell

7 Days in Hell is a mockumentary about two tennis players whose rivalry culminates in a match that stretches across seven days. Aaron Williams, played by Andy Samberg, and Charles Poole, played by Kit Harington, face each other on court and refuse to give way, trading sets and endurance in a contest that becomes a media spectacle. The film presents their backgrounds and the build-up to the encounter through interviews and archival-style footage, with Jon Hamm narrating and Michael Sheen appearing as Caspian Wint. Karen Gillan and Lena Dunham are also among the cast.

Jake Szymanski directed the film, which followed his 2010 debut Presidential Reunion and preceded Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, Tour de Pharmacy, The Package and Bad Day. Murray Miller wrote the screenplay for the HBO production, which runs 43 minutes and was released in 2015.
