Atrocious

Two serial killers are arrested after causing a traffic accident in Mexico. During a search of their vehicle, a police inspector discovers a camera containing recordings of brutal murders and torture. As the police use violent interrogation methods to uncover the location of the crimes, the tapes reveal the killers' psychological backgrounds and paraphilias. The investigation leads to further evidence of atrocities committed against multiple victims.

This horror thriller was directed by Lex Ortega, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Sergio Tello and acted in the role of Goyo. The film is based on a 2012 short film of the same name. The cast includes Carlos Valencia as Juárez and Aleyda Gallardo as Berta, with a total of 28 credited performers. It is a joint production between companies from Italy and Mexico, including Unearthed Films and Cinenauta.
