While performing a stunt on set, Hrithik Roshan injured a tendon in his right leg. Doctors prescribed complete rest and bed rest for two weeks, but the actor was back on set after just two days. Roshan decided to continue filming, taking painkillers. In the same scene, his character was supposed to run through a wall of fire. The actor severely burned his hair.
The film's director, Rakesh Roshan, invited Mark Kolbe and Craig Mummu, Hollywood special effects masters who worked on films such as "Independence Day," "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow," and "Godzilla," to participate in the film's production.
