What's left behind the scenes
- Felissa Rose was offered the lead role again, and she even read the script, but she didn’t like that her character was full of snappy remarks, so she turned it down. In addition, Rose was preparing to apply to college at that time.
- The protagonist's dream sequence was filmed to bring the film's duration up to the required length, namely 80 minutes.
- Some members of the acting ensemble were 16-17 years old, meaning they were considered minors, so state authorities sent their representatives to the set to ensure that the minors were not being forced to appear in scenes with nudity or to swear and use obscenities.
- During filming, Terry Hobbs, who played the role of Rob, was a minor, so Valerie Hartman performed the love scene with a body double. Whenever Hartman is shown nude, Hobbs was not on set.
