Ice Twisters

Charlie Price is a former scientist who now writes science fiction novels. While traveling across the United States, he encounters former colleagues from the Federal Science Foundation who are conducting a secret project to control the weather. The experiment fails, triggering a catastrophic drop in temperature and the creation of powerful ice tornadoes. Price must use his expertise and an unconventional approach to help stop the storms before they destroy everything.
