Blood Beach

On a beach in Santa Monica, California, people are being attacked and pulled beneath the sand by an unknown creature. While authorities attempt to handle the crisis and stop the disappearances, two former romantic partners reunite following a death on the shore. They search for answers within abandoned buildings from their childhood while police and coast guard officials investigate the carnivorous threat hiding under the sand.

Jeffrey Bloom wrote and directed this horror and science fiction film, which was the first of two listed in his directorial career.
