Sheep & Wolves
Short description
In a magical land, a peaceful village of sheep is threatened by a nearby pack of wolves. To prove his strength and win the affection of a wolf named Bianca, a clumsy wolf named Grey seeks help from a fortune-telling rabbit. After drinking a magical potion to change himself, Grey is accidentally transformed into a ram. Now living among the sheep, he must find a way to regain his original form and protect his new friends from his own pack.
This Russian animated comedy was directed by Andrey Galat and Maxim Volkov. It is the first film in a sequence of works by the directors, followed by My Sweet Monster, The Dino Family, and Доктор Динозавров. The voice cast features Alexander Petrov as Grey and Elizaveta Boyarskaya as Bianca, alongside Sergei Bezrukov, Nikita Prozorovsky, Andrew Barkhudarov, and Yuri Tarasov.
The film earned 4 million USD at the worldwide box office. Audience reception is mixed to positive, with a rating of 5.8/10 on IMDb based on 3,600 votes and a slightly higher score of 6.2/10 on TMDB from 154 votes.
