The driver wears the same clothes for all 5 days that the film's plot unfolds, as he can only think about his desire for revenge. Costume designer Salvador Perez Jr. purchased 30 identical outfits for Dwayne Johnson so that the actor could at least change clothes.
Preparing for the filming of the fight in the club's restroom, Dwayne Johnson spent 2 days studying a fighting style developed by inmates of US correctional facilities.
The DVD edition's "Bonus" section features a more extended ending to the film, in which Dwayne Johnson's character finally settles the score with the hitman. This episode was cut from the theatrical release.
