What's left behind the scenes
- The working title of the film was "25/8".
- As part of a promotional stunt, the film company "Rogue Pictures" staged a "murder" at the premiere, in which a person next to director Wes Craven and the actors was supposedly stabbed with a plastic knife. This was filmed and uploaded to "YouTube," but was later found to be a staged video.
- Some scenes had to be reshot due to negative reactions from audiences during preview screenings, which led to a delay in the film's release.
