Smallfoot

Smallfoot is set in a remote snowy village where yetis live by a strict set of old rules, chief among them that humans are only a myth. A bright young yeti, Migo, always accepted what he was taught until he sees a creature that supposedly does not exist: a person. When nobody in the community believes his story, he sets out to find proof. A human named Percy, who has his own reasons to doubt that yetis are real, becomes part of the encounter between the two worlds, and Migo's discovery shakes the village's confidence in what lies beyond its borders.

Released in 2018, the animated adventure was directed by Karey Kirkpatrick, who wrote the screenplay with Eyal Podell and Sergio Pablos. It followed two earlier features he directed, Over the Hedge and Imagine That. The voice cast includes Channing Tatum as Migo, James Corden as Percy Patterson, Zendaya as Meechee, Common as Stonekeeper, LeBron James as Gwangi and Danny DeVito as Dorgle. Its budget was 80 million USD and its worldwide box office reached 214 million USD, a solid return on its cost.

On IMDb, viewers rated the film 6.6 out of 10 from about 45,000 votes, while on TMDB it holds 6.8 out of 10 from over 1,600 ratings. A critics' rating of 6.3 out of 10 from 129 reviews places it slightly below both audience scores.
