Set in Gasket City, a world populated by sentient vehicles, this animated comedy follows an aspiring driver who works as a taxi. After a struggle with his status in the city, the protagonist falls in love with a luxury car named Bella. He must team up with his friend Putt Putt to rescue her from Kaiser, a criminal truck who leads a syndicate of vehicles. Through this conflict, the main character learns that personal integrity is more valuable than fame or social standing.

The film was directed by Yusry Abdul Halim, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Keith Brumpton and Peter Hynes. This production followed Halim's 2013 film Vikingdom. Produced by KRU Studios in Malaysia, the movie features the voice talents of Ogie Banks, Frances Lee, Gavin Yap, Brock Powell, and Yao.

Financially, the project saw a significant gap between its 20 million USD budget and its 1 million USD worldwide box office return. Audience reception is mixed; the film holds a 6.4 rating on TMDB based on 19 votes, while it has a lower rating of 4.1 on IMDb from 763 votes.
