Case Closed: Zero the Enforcer

A sudden explosion occurs at the Edge of Ocean facilities in Tokyo, a site intended for a major summit. When fingerprints linking Kogoro Mouri to the scene are discovered, the private investigator is arrested as a suspect. Conan Edogawa launches an investigation to prove Kogoro is innocent, but his efforts are complicated by Toru Amuro. Amuro is a member of the national police security bureau known as Zero, who also operates under the identity of Bourbon within a secret organization.

Directed by Yuzuru Tachikawa, this is the third film in the director's chronological career, following Bleach the Movie: Hell Verse and Death Billiards. The voice cast features Minami Takayama as Conan Edogawa, Toru Furuya as Toru Amuro / Rei Furuya, and Rikiya Koyama as Kogoro Mouri. The production involved several companies, including TOHO and TMS Entertainment, with a credited crew of 193 and a cast of 36.
