Ploey: You Never Fly Alone

A plover chick is left behind when his family migrates south for the autumn because he has not yet learned how to fly. To survive the harsh arctic winter and avoid dangerous predators, he attempts to find a sanctuary known as Paradise Valley. Along his journey, he forms an unlikely friendship with a grumpy hermit bird, and together they face the elements and enemies in hopes of a reunion with loved ones the following spring.

Directed by Árni Ólafur Ásgeirsson, this Belgian and Icelandic animated family film features a voice cast including John Stamos, Ian Stuart, Sean Astin, Jerry Garcia, Jamie Oram, and Harriet Perring. The production was handled by Cyborn and Gunhil.
