Short description

Amateur and professional bodybuilders prepare for the 1975 Mr. Olympia and Mr. Universe contests as five-time champion Arnold Schwarzenegger defends his Mr. Olympia title against Serge Nubret and the shy young Lou Ferrigno.

What's left behind the scenes

In this documentary, Arnold Schwarzenegger admits that he did not attend his father's funeral because he could not interrupt his training. When the film was re-released in 2002, Schwarzenegger stated that his previous claim was untrue and had been made for the sole purpose of drawing more attention to the movie.
