What's left behind the scenes
- Outside the US, the film was released under different titles: in Australia as 'To Protect and Serve', in Germany as 'In the Web of Violence', and in the UK as 'Bulletproof'.
- Joel Souza (director and screenwriter) wrote the screenplay in 10 days. In April 2016, it was announced that Alec Baldwin and Scott Eastwood would star in the film, but in May 2018, those roles went to Thomas Jane and Luke Kleintank. Baldwin left the cast but remained as a producer.
- The final scene contains an incorrect quote. Those words do not appear in George Orwell's novel '1984'.
