Becoming

During a road trip across the United States, a couple named Alex and Lisa encounter an ancient evil. This malevolent force selects Alex as a host, gradually seizing control of his mind and body. As he transforms into a violent and terrifying version of himself, Lisa attempts to save him from the entity. She seeks help from Kevin, a man who was previously possessed and now works to combat such forces.

Directed by Omar Naim, who also wrote the screenplay, the film is the second feature in his career following The Final Cut. The cast features Toby Kebbell and Penelope Mitchell as the couple, with Jason Patric playing the role of Kevin. The movie was produced by Cole Payne, Michael Philip, and Glen Reynolds through Gravitas Ventures.
