SHIROBAKO the Movie

Set four years after the original series, this story follows Aoi Miyamori as she navigates a period of severe crisis at Musashino Animation. Following the cancellation of a major project and the loss of many staff members, the studio faces a bleak financial future. Aoi is tasked with managing a new theatrical animation project intended to save the company. Despite the pressure of a tight deadline and the instability of the studio, she works with new and returning colleagues to overcome professional hurdles and strive toward their shared goals.

The film was directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, following his work on Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 2. The voice cast features Juri Kimura as Aoi Miyamori, alongside Ayane Sakura as Kaede Miyai, and Haruka Yoshimura, Haruka Chisuga, Asami Takano, and Hitomi Ohwada. The production involved a crew of 256 people and a credited cast of 35.
