A pregnant woman named Valerie finds her life disrupted when she discovers that someone in her inner circle has sinister intentions for her and her unborn child. While attending a yoga class for expectant mothers, Valerie meets Jenny, who invites her and her husband, Tom, to dinner. The couple soon realizes they have walked into a trap, turning the final stages of the pregnancy into a struggle for survival.

This horror thriller was produced by Blumhouse Television and written by Dirk Blackman. It was directed by Emma Tammi, following her 2018 film The Wind and preceding her work on Blood Moon, Five Nights at Freddy's, and Five Nights at Freddy's 2.
