Alice

Alice follows a woman held in servitude on a Georgia plantation who longs for her freedom. After a violent encounter with the plantation owner, Paul, she escapes into the woods and discovers a highway. She soon learns that she has been lied to about the time period and that it is actually 1973. With the help of a man named Frank, she navigates a society she never knew existed and seeks to address the wrongs committed against her.
