Stand by Me Doraemon 2

Nobita misses his grandmother, who died when he was still small, and he and Doraemon travel back in time so he can see her again. After the reunion, she tells him she would like to meet the woman he will one day marry. The two head for the future, only to find that the grown-up Nobita has run away from his own wedding to Shizuka, leaving his younger self and Doraemon to track him down.

The film is a Japanese animated family adventure directed by Takashi Yamazaki from his own screenplay, with Ryuichi Yagi also directing. It follows Yagi's earlier work on the series, coming after Stand by Me Doraemon and Dragon Quest: Your Story, and Yamazaki's twelfth feature, after Lupin III: The First and before the later Ghost Book. Wasabi Mizuta voices Doraemon, with Megumi Oohara as Nobita, Yumi Kakazu as Shizuka, Subaru Kimura and Tomokazu Seki as Gian and Suneo, and Bakarhythm as Nakameguro. Kazuhiko Akatsu, Reina Takahashi and Keichiiro Moriya produced.

Released in November 2020, the 96-minute film took about 71 million dollars worldwide. On IMDb it holds 7.5 out of 10 from around 6,000 votes, and on TMDB 7.9 out of 10 from far fewer votes, suggesting a well-liked title among the viewers who watched it.
