Crayon Shinchan the Movie: Crash! Scribble Kingdom and Almost Four Heroes

A floating realm known as the Rakuga Kingdom relies on human drawings for its energy source. Facing a severe energy shortage that threatens its existence, the kingdom's military attacks the town of Kasukabe to force people to create more art. Five-year-old Nohara Shinnosuke is chosen as a hero when he receives a magical drawing tool. Alongside a boy named Yuma and a group of living drawings, he forms a team to protect his home and stop the invaders. The group discovers that the drawings are vulnerable to water, a dangerous realization as rain clouds gather over the city.
