Freddy is a low-level criminal who flees after stealing money and cocaine from a powerful crime boss. Suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen, he boards a bus to escape his pursuers while carrying the stolen loot. As his physical condition worsens, he must navigate tensions with fellow passengers and threats against his family while trying to survive the journey.

The action thriller was directed by Andrew Baird, marking his second feature film following Zone 414 and preceding Sunrise.
