The Inhabitant

Tara is a high school student struggling with distant parents and disturbing visions. As a series of axe murders plague her town, she begins to fear for her sanity. The girl eventually discovers a connection to a violent family history involving the infamous Lizzie Borden, leading her to question if she is being driven by a generational curse.

The film was directed by Jerren Lauder, marking the first of two listed directorial efforts before You're Killing Me. The cast features Odessa A'zion in the lead role, alongside Leslie Bibb, Dermot Mulroney, Lizze Broadway, Michael Cooper Jr., and Mary Buss.
