Wild Men

Martin is a man experiencing a midlife crisis who attempts to reclaim a sense of masculinity by retreating into the Norwegian mountains. Dressed in animal skins and using a bow, he tries to live like a prehistoric hunter-gatherer. His solitude is interrupted when he meets Musa, a fugitive. This encounter sparks an unusual friendship and a chaotic journey through the fjords, pursued by drug traffickers, the police, and Martin's own family. Through these events, Martin confronts uncomfortable truths about traditional ideals of manhood.

The film was directed by Thomas Daneskov, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Morten Pape. It is a co-production between Denmark and the United States produced by Nordisk Film Spring. The main cast features Rasmus Bjerg as Martin and Zaki Youssef as Musa, alongside Sofie Gråbøl, Bjørn Sundquist, Marco Ilsø, and Jonas Bergen Rahmanzadeh.
