Set in Girona during the summer of 1978, this crime drama follows Ignacio, a reserved seventeen-year-old student who is targeted by bullies and mocked by his family. His life changes when he meets Tere and Zarco, two young criminals from the city's Chinatown. Drawn in by his feelings for Tere, the teenager joins his new companions in a series of thefts and armed robberies, leading him to navigate the boundary between right and wrong as he matures.
The film was directed by Daniel Monzón, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Jorge Guerricaechevarría. This project follows Monzón's previous films Cell 211, The Kid, and Yucatán, and precedes his 2026 work Pray for Us. The movie stars Marcos Ruiz as Nacho, alongside Begoña Vargas as Tere and Chechu Salgado as Zarco.
