City of Dreams

City of Dreams is a drama thriller about a Mexican teenager who hopes to become a professional soccer player. After his mother passes away, he is smuggled into the United States under the guise of a better future. Instead of the promised opportunity, he is sold into forced labor at a garment factory in downtown Los Angeles.

Written and directed by Mohit Ramchandani, the film also saw him serve as a producer alongside Matt Diezel and Rufus Parker. The movie features Ari Lopez in the lead role as Jesús, with supporting performances by Renata Vaca, Andrés Delgado, Diego Calva, and Tatiana del Real. A total of 31 cast members are credited in the production.
