Short description
When a mysterious force begins to disrupt their big summer fun, Noah and his friends team up with a retired police detective to embark on a monstrous adventure to save their island.

- The filmmakers approached the mayor of Southport requesting some way to honor Mel Gibson (who played Gene Carruthers); the mayor agreed and organized an improvised ceremony where he presented the actor with the keys to the city and declared December 16, 2023, as Mel Gibson Day. The official later explained that he wanted to express his gratitude to Gibson, as it was thanks to Gibson that filming began in Southport, providing jobs, albeit temporary ones, for hundreds of local residents.
