Set in a small town in central France, this drama follows Simon, a dedicated priest whose life is upended during a mass. A woman from his past, Louise, returns after many years to introduce him to their eleven-year-old son, Aloé. The story centers on Simon's struggle to balance his religious duties to his parishioners with his new role as a father. He seeks to prove to Church leadership that his spiritual calling and his love for his child can coexist.
