Kalak

Jan is a nurse and father living in Nuuk, Greenland, who struggles with the trauma of being sexually abused by his father during his teenage years. He attempts to find a connection to his local culture through sexual encounters. When he is referred to as a Kalak, a term that can mean either a true or a dirty Greenlander, he adopts the label as a point of pride. Eventually, he is forced to face his father to confront his past.
