Short description

The New York-based sketch comedy ensemble takes it's act to the small screen in this outrageous cable series. Led by Trevor Moore and Zach Cregger, the troupe takes on every stereotype, foible, and irony found in everyday life, no matter how un-PC the results.

What's left behind the scenes

Many of the sketches were filmed on weekends—the only time the troupe members were free from work.
The budget for each season does not exceed $2 million.
In most of the office sketches, the surname Trumeter is used, which belongs to one of the troupe members—Darren Trumeter.
While filming one of the sketches (Monster Truck), Trevor Moore was injured while jumping onto a bookshelf.
In the fifth and final season, a full-length feature film was incorporated, stretched across ten episodes.
According to one of the troupe members, Trevor Moore, the group's name was born during an improvised performance in the subway when one of their friends said, "You're the whitest kids I know." In the original, the project is titled "The Whitest Kids U’Know."
The troupe was formed in 2000, when Trevor Moore moved from Virginia to the New York School of Visual Arts. In Virginia, he had produced a sketch show on local television ("The Trevor Moore Show"), and in New York, he decided to create a troupe to achieve success on a national level.
