Short description
David Tennant and Michael Sheen (playing themselves) were due to star in a production of 'Six Characters in Search of an Author' in the West End. The pandemic has put an end to that, but their director (Simon Evans) is determined not to let the opportunity pass them by.

What's left behind the scenes
- David Tennant and Michael Sheen, along with their co-stars, play parodied versions of themselves. Before filming the second season, Georgia Tennant (who played a writer) was asked where exactly one could buy the book her character had written. Anna Lundberg was asked about her character's elderly neighbor, who was entirely invented by the screenwriters.
