The names in the title are references to Laurie Strode (Halloween franchise, played by Jamie Lee Curtis), Sidney Prescott (Scream franchise, played by Neve Campbell), and Ellen Ripley (Alien franchise, played by Sigourney Weaver).
- The pill bottle in the purse of the mother played by Maya Reficco bears the name Caleb Rivers. This was the name of one of the characters in the original series (2010-2017), played by Tyler Blackburn.
