What's left behind the scenes

  • It is claimed that Hamish Linklater (who voiced the title character) was obsessed with 'Batman: The Animated Series' (1992-1995), in which Batman was voiced by Kevin Conroy.
  • The image of one of the characters—wearing a hat, a coat, and a scarf covering the lower half of the face—was borrowed from comic books of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s.
