What's left behind the scenes
- Director Lina Dunham stated that the series' plot was to some extent inspired by the story of her own relationship with British musician Louis Felber, whom she married in 2021, although some nuances of the script were borrowed from the personal lives of other writers on the show.
- In the 6th episode, Felix (played by Will Sharpe) and the band enter a music store after a performance; a 'Shuga' poster is hanging on the wall—the name of the duo in which Louis Felber once performed.
