All actors and roles (10)

• In the retro scenes ('many years ago'), Anastasia Zavorotnyuk plays the young mother of Vicky. The role of Vicky as a child is played by the actress's daughter, Anna Zavorotnyuk.
• The episode "The Long-Awaited Wedding" is the only one Lyubov Polishchuk filmed after being discharged from the hospital.
• Throughout the entire series, Vika's father, Vladimir Prutkovsky, was never shown. The creators decided to introduce Vika's father in the final episode of Season 6 (Episode 133, "The Long-Awaited Wedding"). He was played by Aleksandr Lednyov, but the scene was unsuccessful and was removed during editing. However, Victoria's father did eventually appear in the sitcom—in the 2008 continuation (Season 7), where he was played by Aleksandr Filippenko. The decision to include Victoria's father was made after the death of Lyubov Polishchuk (November 28, 2006). The creators of the series decided not to recast the role of Vika's mother.
• Anastasia Zavorotnyuk got the role of the nanny completely by chance. When Sergey Zhigunov saw her, he said, 'Nastya is something extraordinary!'
• Natasha Koroleva could have been cast in Anastasia Zavorotnyuk's role, but she settled for a cameo, playing herself. Zhanna Friske, Amalia Mordvinova, Olga Shelest, Olga Chudakova, Nonna Grishaeva, and Tatyana Gordeeva also auditioned for the role.
