What's left behind the scenes
- The room shown is a reference to the Red Room from the series "Twin Peaks" (1990-2017).
- The name Maka (voiced by Tiaki Omigawa) is an anagram of the word "kama," which translates from Japanese as "scythe."
- The name Little Death is a reference to Billy the Kid, and the two pistols are a reference to a town in Arizona where Billy the Kid once hid. The town was called Two Guns.
