What's left behind the scenes
- The decision to cancel the series was made before the first season had finished airing, but a fan movement organized a campaign to support its continuation. By posting on social media and sending boxes full of blue paper butterflies (an image that appeared regularly on screen in the series) to NBC, fans succeeded in ensuring that the remaining episodes of the season were aired.
