What's left behind the scenes
- Elfo wears a red shirt and blue shorts, like Bart Simpson. Fry from the series "Futurama" also wears a red jacket and blue pants.
- Luci is short for "Lucifer."
- Lucy's image was inspired by the creatures of the underworld from Disney's 1934 short film 'The Goddess of Spring'.
- Unlike other Matt Groening animated series, humans here have five fingers on each hand, mythical creatures like Elfo have four, and the demon has three.
- The third animated project by Matt Groening after the series "The Simpsons" (1989) and "Futurama" (1999).
