What's left behind the scenes
- Filming for the miniseries 'Station Eleven' (2021) began in Chicago in January 2020; by March of that year, about one-fifth of the series had been shot before production had to be halted due to the coronavirus pandemic. Filming resumed in February 2021 in Canada and concluded in July 2021. Thus, a miniseries about life before, during, and after a global pandemic was filmed before and during a global pandemic, and was released after it ended.
