Simon and Adélaïde move from a small Paris apartment to a rural home in the countryside to find a more comfortable life for themselves and their two children. While the house and the local community initially seem ideal, the couple soon discovers that the surrounding woods and their own garden serve as hunting grounds for the villagers. This discovery leads to a conflict between the newcomers and the hunters, escalating into an all-out war where both sides use any means necessary to win.
