Once Upon a Star

Set in Thailand during 1970, this drama follows a traveling cinema troupe as they journey across the country. The crew performs live dubbing of popular movies for eager audiences while navigating personal deceits, various hardships, and the pursuit of their dreams.

Directed and produced by Nonzee Nimibutr, the film followed his 2019 work Angel Sign and preceded Tee Yai: Born to Be Bad in 2025. The screenplay was written by Ek Iemchuen. The main cast includes Sukollawat Kanarot as Manit, Nuengthida Sophon as Rueangkae, and Jirayu La-ongmanee as Kao, supported by Samart Payakaroon, Nat Sakdatorn, and Sornchai Chatwiriyachai. A total of 44 cast members and 48 crew members are credited in the production.
