Jesus and Maria are a couple struggling with a crisis in their relationship shortly after becoming parents. In an effort to improve their home and new life together, they purchase a coffee table. This seemingly simple domestic acquisition leads to a series of conflicts and events that fundamentally alter their existence, turning their home life into a dramatic ordeal.
The film was directed by Caye Casas, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Cristina Borobia. This project is the first in a chronological sequence of films directed by Casas, followed by Father's Love in 2026.
