Carnal Sins

To escape homophobic violence, a youth named Nino and his family move to a rural home. The surrounding forest is said to be inhabited by Almamula, a creature that targets people who commit carnal sins. Amidst a climate of religious prayers and suppressed desires, Nino struggles with his own impulses and a growing curiosity about the haunted woods.

Directed and written by Juan Sebastian Torales, the film is the second in a sequence of works that includes Sacha and Huasi.
