Short description
A hurricane sweeps across an American army base near the Panama Canal just as a group of Army Rangers is out on a jungle training exercise led by the feared Drill Sergeant Nathan West. Only two of the men come back, one of them badly hurt, and each gives a different account of what became of West and the others. The army brings in Tom Hardy, a former Ranger now working as a DEA agent, to question the survivors and work out the truth alongside military police captain Julia Osborne.
