Trinket Box

Mike and Ava are a newlywed interracial couple who move into a new home to start their lives together. After Ava receives an antique box from a neighbor, she begins experiencing unsettling events involving voices and visions of witches. The couple must face an ancient evil that has been imprisoned for years, which threatens to destroy their relationship and their safety.

The horror drama was co-directed by Patrycja Kępa and Acoryé White, who also co-wrote the screenplay. This production marks the first collaboration for both directors, who later worked together on The Grove in 2025. The film stars Acoryé White as Mike Wilson and Augie Duke as Ava Wilson, with supporting roles played by Cindy Hogan, Barry Ratcliffe, Sandra Ellis Lafferty, and Joe Anthony Gordon.
