The production was created in the United Kingdom by Modern Films and the Liverpool Biennial Organization Committee. It was directed by Melanie Manchot, marking the first of two films she has directed, followed by Night Moves in 2026. The screenplay was written by Leigh Campbell and produced by Elena Hill. The cast features Stephen Giddings playing both himself and the character Thomas Goudie, alongside Michelle Collins, Kent Riley, Paislie Reid, and Michael Starke.
