We Are Zombies

In a world where non-cannibalistic zombies have integrated into society, three friends seek quick profits through illegal schemes. Their search for easy money leads them into a conflict with petty criminals and a malicious megacorporation. The group must eventually fight this powerful organization to rescue their kidnapped grandmother.

This Canadian and French production is a blend of comedy, horror, and thriller. It was directed by François Simard, Anouk Whissell, and Yoann-Karl Whissell, who also wrote the screenplay. This project follows their previous collaborations on Turbo Kid (2015), Summer of 84 (2018), and Wake Up (2024).
